Joselin Carranza
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Earth-Based & Embodied Therapy • California
Joselin offers earth-based, embodied therapy for people who long to feel more connected — to themselves, their bodies, their relationships, and the living world around them. Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens not only through insight, but through presence, felt experience, and reconnection with our natural rhythms.
She supports clients who are moving through life transitions, identity shifts, relational challenges, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from meaning, vitality, or inner knowing. Many of the people who feel drawn to her work sense that traditional talk therapy alone isn’t enough — they want a slower, deeper, more grounded therapeutic space that honors body wisdom, emotional truth, and the cycles of change.
Joselin’s approach is relational, experiential, and nature-informed. She weaves together embodied awareness, mindfulness, and earth-based perspectives to help clients listen inward, process emotion more fully, and gently unwind protective patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy with her often includes attention to nervous system experience, emotional regulation through the body, and exploration of personal and ancestral narratives. She believes growth happens when we are supported in becoming more present, more resourced, and more honest with ourselves.
Her style is grounded, attuned, and collaborative. She honors each client’s pace and autonomy, and works to create a space where complexity, contradiction, grief, desire, and becoming are all welcome. She is especially attuned to themes of transition, belonging, identity, and the search for grounded authenticity.
Joselin provides online therapy to clients throughout California, including many based in Los Angeles.
