Hi! I’m Katrina, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I’m so glad you’re here.

My approach is rooted in trust, warmth, and unconditional positive regard. You don’t have to have the perfect words, and you don’t have to hold it all together here. Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. We work together to explore what’s true for you, gently uncover what’s been getting in the way, and help you reconnect to your own inner clarity. I’m not here to tell you who you are or what your truth should be, I’m here to support you in finding it, at your pace. And yes—humor is welcome too. I believe healing should include lightness, warmth, and real connection. I will always meet you with compassion and respect, and when the time is right, I also believe in gently challenging clients toward growth—reflecting patterns, naming blind spots with care, and supporting brave steps that align with the life you truly want. I specialize in trauma and complex PTSD, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and attachment/relationship concerns. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, transitional-aged youth (18–25), and neurodivergent individuals. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and somatically oriented, integrating EMDR and experiential therapies to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and lasting change.

I’ve spent over a decade living abroad and working alongside people from many cultures and walks of life, which has only deepened my belief that every person is equal in dignity and deserving of being seen, respected, and held with care.

I believe therapy is one of the most meaningful spaces a person can enter. It takes courage to show up honestly, and I truly see this work as an honor and a privilege—because being trusted with someone’s story, pain, and healing is not something I ever take lightly.

If you feel ready for healing and change, I’d be honored to support you.
