Hi, you! I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to our amazing team of Associate Therapists!
I am passionate about the human experience, and I currently see my mission as empowering others to explore their identity, to discover their authentic selves, and to allow themselves to step into their truth. And I am on this journey of life myself! I am the type of therapist who comes alongside her clients as an equal, not a superior. I see my role as a dedicated partner here to collaborate with you and assist you in uncovering all the layers and parts that make you who you are.
I want to share a little about who I am so that you get a sense for me as a person, and how interacting with me may feel. I’m not rigid or super structured. I follow my intuition, and because of my life experiences, I am able to connect and empathize with a lot of different people with various backgrounds, values, views, etc. I am married, a mother to two magnificent little humans, a lover of sunshine, and a big fan of audiobooks.
I love therapy. I am invested in continuous evolution and growth. In this work, I will often take a stance of curiosity. I gently invite us to move away from judgment and lean into wondering and understanding. When it makes sense, I share resources with my clients who wish to learn more through books, podcasts, skills, and strategies. I do my best to create an environment that is safe and inviting for clients to explore new ideas, be vulnerable and sometimes messy.
If it sounds like I’d be a therapist you may enjoy working with, I would love to connect with you to see if we would be a good match. If I am not the therapist for you, I will happily do my best to help you find the right person to work with.

Hi, I’m Maddison! I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with others to help them feel more empowered and confident. If you feel caught in a cycle of perfectionism, find yourself catering to others' needs, struggle with boundaries, or just feeling lost, I would love to work with you towards your goals. I have had the pleasure of working as a therapist with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, as well as couples, on issues of anxiety, self-esteem, adjustment to major life changes, and difficulty with communication.
As a military spouse, I am no stranger to change and I know how important connection and coping skills can be. I feel honored to work with people navigating the challenges that come with being a military spouse, family member, or anyone who has a lifestyle where they experience frequent change. I am also a former college athlete, and feel very passionately about working with other athletes who experience struggles related to performance anxiety, lack of motivation, and mental blocks related to your sport.
My focus as your therapist is to work collaboratively towards your identified goals, using a compassionate person-centered approach. This is emulated through an unconditional positive regard for you and your experiences, and believing you have the power to make a difference in your life. I also utilize a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT), placing an emphasis on the connection between one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how the three are shaped by our past experiences to inform our current perceptions. I have found that using CBT helps clients feel agency in shifting their mindset. My hope is that our work fosters a judgement-free environment where clients feel empowered to work through difficulty and begin the healing process.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, playing sports, reading, and trying new restaurants. I am excited to be working with the Therapy with Sarah team to bring peace and confidence to clients all across California! Please reach out for your free consultation.

Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! I prioritize creating relational safety with you where active listening, collaboration, and a touch of humor foster deeper connection. While supporting clients with compassion, I highlight key insights or patterns to encourage growth and integrate body-based practices like breathwork and mindfulness to support healing for the mind, body, and soul.
My therapy approach is rooted in systemic social justice, feminism, and collective liberation, understanding how our relationships and social systems impact our well-being. As a woman of color, I focus on making therapy more inclusive and empowering by using collaborative, client-led methods. I help clients explore the systems and relationships in their lives, supporting long-term healing and growth through a mix of talk therapy, body-based techniques, and intuitive practices.
I have a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara in Biopsychology and a master’s degree from Alliant International University in couples and family therapy. In my free time, I enjoy reading tarot cards, baking, walking my dog, and drinking matcha.

Hi, I’m Lianna Falcon, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with women who carry a lot. You might be the one everyone leans on, the one who holds it all together, even when you are feeling anxious, tired, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe it has become hard to tell where your needs begin because you have been focused on meeting everyone else’s for so long.
That kind of weight often builds quietly. It is shaped by the roles you have taken on, the expectations you have absorbed, and the pressure to keep going no matter what. Therapy gives you space to slow down and begin offering yourself the care and attention you so often give to others.
We will begin with whatever feels most important to you. You set the pace. A lot of our work may involve exploring the different parts of you that have developed over time to keep you safe and functioning. These parts often carry stories, habits, and emotional burdens from earlier experiences. Together, we will build empathy for all versions of you, the younger self who had to adapt, the present self who continues to manage so much, and the future self who is just beginning to ask for more. Reparenting may be a part of this process, as we begin to offer your younger self the kind of support and compassion she may not have received when she needed it most.
Because stress does not just live in the mind, I also bring in somatic practices. Many of us have been taught to ignore or override the needs of our bodies. These messages often come from family, culture, and broader systems that prioritize pushing through over pausing. In therapy, we will work to rebuild a relationship with your body that feels less like a battle and more like walking alongside a trusted companion.
I also support women navigating chronic illness, including autoimmune conditions. When your body feels unpredictable or misunderstood, it can change the way you see yourself and how others respond to you. You may carry grief for what has changed, frustration from not being heard, or a deep sense of isolation. Therapy can be a place where you are believed and supported. Together, we create space to gently listen to your body and honor the complexity of your journey with compassion, not pressure. It is not about fixing what has happened, but learning to move through it with care.
In September, I begin training in expressive arts therapy. This will bring creative tools into our sessions, including movement, imagery, and sound, for moments when words are hard to find or do not quite capture what you are feeling.
You do not need to be in crisis to reach out. If any part of this feels familiar, I offer a free 30-minute consultation. I would love to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Hi, hi! I’m Alex, and I’d love to sit with you as we navigate whatever brought you here. I see therapy as a space where we not only work together but also learn from one another. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe bringing anything and everything to the table—because I know being fully transparent with your therapist can be both challenging and incredibly rewarding. I believe in meeting as equals, so you feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that feels right for you.
I’ll always be honest with you, curious about your perspective, and gently challenging when needed. My approach is rooted in intuition, self-growth, personal reflection, and judgment-free listening, along with practical skills to help you live each day at peace. I’ve always been the one friends, family, and even strangers turn to for a validating ear, and that deep love for connection led me to pursue therapy as a career.
Like I said, our relationship matters—so here’s a little about me to help you decide if we VIBE. I live in Los Angeles but spent most of my 20s in Nashville. I love road trips, music, books, and reality TV. As a new mom, I feel a fresh connection to parents navigating this stage of life. I am also queer identifying and affirming and welcome you with open arms. My background includes working with adults and adolescents in crisis, struggling with addiction, mood disorders, and major depression.
If you feel called to connect, I’d love to schedule a free 30-minute session to see if we’re a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you.
