Hi, you! I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to our amazing team of Associate Therapists!
I am passionate about the human experience, and I currently see my mission as empowering others to explore their identity, to discover their authentic selves, and to allow themselves to step into their truth. And I am on this journey of life myself! I am the type of therapist who comes alongside her clients as an equal, not a superior. I see my role as a dedicated partner here to collaborate with you and assist you in uncovering all the layers and parts that make you who you are.
I want to share a little about who I am so that you get a sense for me as a person, and how interacting with me may feel. I’m not rigid or super structured. I follow my intuition, and because of my life experiences, I am able to connect and empathize with a lot of different people with various backgrounds, values, views, etc. I am married, a mother to two magnificent little humans, a lover of sunshine, and a big fan of audiobooks.
I love therapy. I am invested in continuous evolution and growth. In this work, I will often take a stance of curiosity. I gently invite us to move away from judgment and lean into wondering and understanding. When it makes sense, I share resources with my clients who wish to learn more through books, podcasts, skills, and strategies. I do my best to create an environment that is safe and inviting for clients to explore new ideas, be vulnerable and sometimes messy.
If it sounds like I’d be a therapist you may enjoy working with, I would love to connect with you to see if we would be a good match. If I am not the therapist for you, I will happily do my best to help you find the right person to work with.

Hi, I’m Maddison! I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with others to help them feel more empowered and confident. If you feel caught in a cycle of perfectionism, find yourself catering to others' needs, struggle with boundaries, or just feeling lost, I would love to work with you towards your goals. I have had the pleasure of working as a therapist with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, as well as couples, on issues of anxiety, self-esteem, adjustment to major life changes, and difficulty with communication.
As a military spouse, I am no stranger to change and I know how important connection and coping skills can be. I feel honored to work with people navigating the challenges that come with being a military spouse, family member, or anyone who has a lifestyle where they experience frequent change. I am also a former college athlete, and feel very passionately about working with other athletes who experience struggles related to performance anxiety, lack of motivation, and mental blocks related to your sport.
My focus as your therapist is to work collaboratively towards your identified goals, using a compassionate person-centered approach. This is emulated through an unconditional positive regard for you and your experiences, and believing you have the power to make a difference in your life. I also utilize a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT), placing an emphasis on the connection between one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how the three are shaped by our past experiences to inform our current perceptions. I have found that using CBT helps clients feel agency in shifting their mindset. My hope is that our work fosters a judgement-free environment where clients feel empowered to work through difficulty and begin the healing process.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, playing sports, reading, and trying new restaurants. I am excited to be working with the Therapy with Sarah team to bring peace and confidence to clients all across California! Please reach out for your free consultation.

Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! I prioritize creating relational safety with you where active listening, collaboration, and a touch of humor foster deeper connection. While supporting clients with compassion, I highlight key insights or patterns to encourage growth and integrate body-based practices like breathwork and mindfulness to support healing for the mind, body, and soul.
My therapy approach is rooted in systemic social justice, feminism, and collective liberation, understanding how our relationships and social systems impact our well-being. As a woman of color, I focus on making therapy more inclusive and empowering by using collaborative, client-led methods. I help clients explore the systems and relationships in their lives, supporting long-term healing and growth through a mix of talk therapy, body-based techniques, and intuitive practices.
I have a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara in Biopsychology and a master’s degree from Alliant International University in couples and family therapy. In my free time, I enjoy reading tarot cards, baking, walking my dog, and drinking matcha.
With me, you will be accepted as you are and all aspects of your identity will be honored in our work together. I would love the opportunity to support you on your journey—feel free to schedule your free consultation today!

I’m Lianna Falcon, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting those living with chronic illnesses. I understand the feelings of isolation and misunderstanding that often accompany such conditions, and I want you to know that I believe you. I’m here to walk alongside you as we navigate the layers of physical and emotional pain together.
Chronic illness affects not just the body but also emotions, relationships, and cultural experiences. It can lead to profound grief for your former self, the ease you once had, and the certainty that now seems distant. Our experiences of illness are influenced by relationships, environment, stress, and generational patterns. Unprocessed personal and ancestral trauma can manifest physically, with stress exacerbating symptoms or triggering flare-ups.
In therapy, we can work to untangle these patterns using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work to explore the emotional and relational impacts of your experience. We will integrate somatic healing to help you reconnect with your body safely and supportively. Incorporating Bowen Family Systems theory, we can examine how generational patterns and relational dynamics affect your well-being, and through Narrative Therapy, we can deconstruct internal and external stories that have shaped your self-perception and relationship with your body.
Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about grieving with self-compassion, honoring your current state, and fostering a relationship with your body based on understanding rather than frustration. Therapy should be a space where your needs come first, without pressure to prove anything, and where our focus adjusts to what feels right for you.
Whether you need rest, wish to process the emotional weight of your experience, or simply want to be heard, we will proceed at a pace that respects your unique journey. Together, we will hold space for grief while also cultivating hope, helping you reclaim your narrative with empathy, self-acceptance, and renewed agency over your well-being. If you’re interested in exploring whether we would be a good therapeutic fit, please reach out to schedule a free 30-minute consultation!

Hi, hi! I’m Alex, and I’d love to sit with you as we navigate whatever brought you here. I see therapy as a space where we not only work together but also learn from one another. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe bringing anything and everything to the table—because I know being fully transparent with your therapist can be both challenging and incredibly rewarding. I believe in meeting as equals, so you feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that feels right for you.
I’ll always be honest with you, curious about your perspective, and gently challenging when needed. My approach is rooted in intuition, self-growth, personal reflection, and judgment-free listening, along with practical skills to help you live each day at peace. I’ve always been the one friends, family, and even strangers turn to for a validating ear, and that deep love for connection led me to pursue therapy as a career.
Like I said, our relationship matters—so here’s a little about me to help you decide if we VIBE. I live in Los Angeles but spent most of my 20s in Nashville. I love road trips, music, books, and reality TV. As a new mom, I feel a fresh connection to parents navigating this stage of life. I am also queer identifying and affirming and welcome you with open arms. My background includes working with adults and adolescents in crisis, struggling with addiction, mood disorders, and major depression.
If you feel called to connect, I’d love to schedule a free 30-minute session to see if we’re a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you.
